By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (e.g., checking a consent box, texting a keyword, or verbally consenting to a representative), you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from Phenomenal Ascensions LLC, which may include service updates, account notices, appointment reminders, and promotional messages related to our services.

7.1 Program Description & Frequency

Messages may include onboarding alerts, scheduling notices, project status updates, security verifications, and marketing offers. Message frequency varies.

7.2 Cost

We do not charge for SMS, but message & data rates may apply from your carrier.

7.3 Opt-Out

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

7.5 Consent Not a Condition

7.7 Carriers Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier network.

7.8 SMS Data & Privacy

We may collect your number, carrier, device details, and message interaction data to operate the program in accordance with this Policy. We do not sell your mobile number.

8) Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, analyze usage, and (where permitted) support marketing. You can manage preferences via your browser or at Privacy Choices. Disabling certain cookies may limit functionality.
